1. WHERE WE SHIP

KaruHome ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we aim to deliver your order safely and in a timely manner.


2. SHIPPING RATES

We keep our shipping simple and transparent:

— Orders of €450 or more: FREE shipping, worldwide. — Orders below €450: flat shipping rate of €40, applied automatically at checkout.

The applicable shipping cost will always be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.


3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard delivery takes between 7 and 14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal conditions, and peak periods may cause delays beyond our control.


5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with a selection of trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition possible. Depending on your location and the size of your order, we ship with:

DHL, FedEx, and local or national courier services in various regions.

The carrier assigned to your order will be determined at the time of dispatch based on availability, destination, and the nature of the products ordered.


6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

KaruHome ships from Cyprus. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict the applicable charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you have concerns about import costs.

Please note that customs clearance procedures may also add to the overall delivery time.


8. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. KaruHome Ltd is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at karuhome.com/contact-us, and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.


9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

KaruHome is not liable for items lost or damaged after confirmed delivery.
